Group yoga class to bring attention, focus and awareness to the pelvic floor. In this class we will work on establishing a deep breathing pattern, release upper body and lower body tension to promote a longer and straighter posture as well as connect with the pelvic floor, release and strengthen. This class is for individuals trying to conceive, expecting, early postpartum, currently having pelvic floor discomfort or dysfunction, or looking into improving pelvic floor function.
